Because you’re just not gay enough
Oct. 29th, 2006 04:30 pmYet another line of thought provoked by a wank community, Other Than Fandom Wank this time and in particular this.
It starts as a rant someone has had about the gay community in general and probably veers off into mud-slinging on both sides. I didn’t read the original post and it’s been deleted since but someone quoted from it in the JourneyFen comments:
i have no problem with those who are themselves. i'm just sick of the media telling me that i'm not "gay enough" or "perfect" enough or up to some queer standard that was set by some "majority". what they do to women in terms of body image they do to gay men, and it pisses me off.
( “She described it as like being locked in a car; With a madman behind the wheel; And the radio tuned to static” )
