Tying a messy turban is doable. I just need a little patience when it comes to tucking in the ends.

Next time I definitely want a sewing machine with serge function: I just do not have the patience to manually fold edges over with that little bit of fabric tucked underneath and then hand stitch them.

Roasting a whole head of garlic produces a noticeably smoother garlic prawn butter. May need to up the prawn content though.

Adding the bone to the pot and then fishing it out afterwards works just as well to produce a quick chicken stock with other ingredients in there too. At least when there’s just so much bone to it at any rate.

Side-effect of attempting a rough approximation of Csirkepaprikás: discovering that I’m really running low on paprika, and considering that I have three types that’s pretty impressive. I don't use that much of it, do I?

Herbal tea shouldn’t and doesn’t normally smell of molasses. Phantosmia probably a good indication that I’d like a smoke right now.
