Substitute beef soup

Since I ate the instant pack that came with the udon the other day and may need something to go with it at a later date; beef stock cube, vegetable stock cube, garlic powder, dark soy sauce, ground black pepper and a little flour to thicken, seems to do the trick and makes a good late night snack too.
