narcasseI’m trying to sort my sleeping pattern out and what do I get for my trouble? Back pains when I wake up. Of the sort where I can’t lie flat or curl up for a couple of minutes. Bah.
And as much as I’d love to spend the rest of the day horizontal in varying degrees of consciousness, I have things I really ought to do. Curse you Alexander Technique; what you didn’t actually fix, you fucked up even more. Though perhaps it’s my own fault for sitting at a funny angle to play my flute yesterday. Actually, yes that’s highly likely to be the reason. Crap.
