1) Cain really does like mechanical toys; he’s just completely incompetent when it comes to putting them together and after one too many obvious sighs from Isaak he now just pretends to lose interest so that Isaak can put them together for him. 2) It took him over a month to learn how to tell the difference between Dietrich and Helga. They were both pale, screechy and nearly always vying for Isaak’s attention whenever he saw them. 3) As much as most people would never guess, he’s actually horribly possessive of Isaak. Though he doesn’t quite understand it himself, Cain is quite certain that Isaak is his and nobody else’s. In the past he’s been known to physically prevent a drunken Isaak from attempting to phone William Wordsworth to attempt a reconciliation. 4) He does like fish and chips but given a choice actually prefers cod fishcakes. 5) He doesn’t like wearing underwear. He’s doesn’t see the point of it and claims to find it itchy.
Bonus fact:
6) He still worries about his siblings and wishes that both Seth and Abel would do something more constructive with their time than what they’re currently engaged in and thus tries to set a good example by his own actions. What Cain considers ‘more constructive’ is proof positive that every thing really is a matter of perception.
