Apr. 19th, 2007 02:13 pmNote to self: when making faux-Turkish coffee don’t forget to put the sugar in first and instead try to compensate by using Muscovado sugar at the end. Also take the time to look for the finer ground coffee in its suspiciously unlabeled jar rather than just grabbing the stuff that goes in the cafetière.
Though I suppose it’s the logical next step on from: don’t make faux-poutine with parmesan.
