Found cigs at least though it looks like someone has been eating packets when I’ve not been looking.

I managed a budget Naoji-style cravat that was allegedly good enough. And I still didn’t get to the tea shop. I will, eventually, somehow, when I’m not utterly distracted. ^_^

Btw, handrolls take about 7 minutes to smoke, as do odd Spanish menthols.
