List seven songs you are into right now, no matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're not any good but they must be songs you're really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your Live Journal along with your seven songs. Then tag seven other people to see what they're listening to. I never tag anyone anyway, procrastinate along if you so choose.

The Thing That Should Not Be – Metallica Lovecraft ftw.
Living Under June – Jann Arden
Sonata – Mannheim Steamroller
Kakugo 2006 – Jigoku Shoujo Futakomori OST
Susumu, Soshite Susumu – Red Garden OST
Numb – Switchblade Symphony
Chaos Theory – DJ Siaye (Silent Hill Remix)

And two bonus tracks:
Gargoyle -H...O- - Chevalier OST The soundtrack has to be the only thing I like about this.
Spookshow Baby (Rammstein Mix) – Rammstein & Rob Zombie

*makes tagging motions in the direction of [livejournal.com profile] nekonexus* I should make a dexterity check for that really.

That's a wonderful playlist. I've never had that with a song before (or I don't remember), but Sonata by Mannheim Steamroller moves me to the verge of tears. And yes, I am embarassed.

You do realise that that’s the Cain/Isaak theme tune, right?

I’ve been trying to catch up with comments this morning and you’ve just derailed me again so that I’ve sat here for the last couple of minutes trying to come up with various tracks for characters and parings. Team RCO are getting Madonna’s Vogue. It’s a given. Cain/Isaak can have that track and a Jann Arden one... Süleyman/Radu needs a second one too. They’re going to get Rob Thomas lyrics, I suspect.

My tastes are, as I’ve been told at least in my other music post; eclectic apparently. I go through phases of listening to various and sundry dependent on my mood for the most part.

Thank you for that title translation, btw. My command of Japanese is limited to a few words I’ve heard repeatedly and can pick out of context and just about being able to pick out one of the characters that makes up ‘Nippon’ from text . Waffling aside, I don’t know if I ever waved this (http://pics.livejournal.com/imperial_artist/gallery/0000e8hs) in your direction? It might be moderately entertaining, I hope.

I do have two Yami no Matsuei OSTs about. One has Amethyst Remembrance on it and the other may have a version of Tartini’s Devil’s Trill. I haven’t listened to them in ages so thank you for reminding me. I love the warped almost fairground piece on the first CD; it reminds me of the Orden theme from the Trinity Blood soundtrack, though funnily enough doesn’t quite remind me of Nox Arcana’s Carnival of Lost Souls as well. And while I’m babbling about tangents, I’ve recently started reading Camille which of course has those associations with Muraki.
