- Mixing zaghloul with honey does indeed prevent quite as much charring on the bowl, though possibly that might also be a result of my not leaving it sitting there for an hour or so before cleaning up.
- Considered buying a new stem before realising that soaking it for an hour and a half in laundry detergent is an easier way of getting rid of the smell.
- Warm honey laced with tobacco doesn’t taste half bad. Probably shouldn’t have licked it off my finger in the first place though.
- For some reason earlier Firefox decided it was taking a stand against my bookmarks. Tried various methods of fixing that before uninstalling Firefox which then announced that it was alive and well after a reboot. Bookmarks back at any rate so shan’t complain.
- Norton Ghost finally stopped rhetorically asking me if I’d like to backup my primary drive and gave me a window with actual options to click for a change.
- Sudafed lies. Going back to huffing Sinex instead.
19:45: Of course the fact that I have a full OS install on my secondary drive for ease of ghosting my primary drive content onto a new HD when necessary explains why Firefox was active even after being uninstalled. It defaulted to the secondary drive’s copy. Thankfully after a reinstall of Firefox onto the primary drive this article resolved the problem of my missing bookmarks with some quick and easy manual file deletion.
