Things I've been learning about myself

- If there's a challenge I'll focus all my efforts on surmounting it, and not without a good helping of bravado in the process.
- Without a challenge or an objective, I'll just meander aimlessly.
- I don't mind people so much generally, I just need to be able to get away from them and spend time on my own, when I choose to.
- I resent it when people try to cheat me out of my down-time, regardless of why they're doing it. And I've had enough people try to do it because they simply don't understand why I've stopped being so social for a period and are trying to 'fix' the situation.
- While I can wing-it, I much prefer to have examined the detail, and formulated a plan beforehand. If the plan needs adjustment I can live with that.
- I rather like the outdoors.
- I may even enjoy outdoor activities.
Not bad for a week of self-examination, that's concluded with shotgun recoil bruises, the reason for which I need to figure out. I suspect that it was the movement of having to track the rabbit that did it. I'm seemingly fine with standard clays shooting up into the air.
